as bright screens make it worse.
@MoodyBats: I always have my phone dim all the way down low but there is and annoying flashing light in my town like it is busted and some kids have been lighting off big fireworks by it. We are all wondering on what it is

@Unicorn: its fine it's summer. it was 92 today but felt like 97.
and i hate going downstairs. no place to sit comfortably.
and my dad is there. and he watches the news and talks negatively.
