I draw or take a bath, something I have almost complete control over. If I can't do either of those things... Idk, cry? I also tend to carry around fidget toys and small stuffed animals so I have something to do with my hands if I get anxious in public.

Very few things for de-stressing that people usually use will work for me. So usually I just have to push through it. Music works to some extent, if I can remember to go listen to it. XDD;; I listen to music with a tempo and vibe close to my level of stress, then pick one slightly less hectic, then slightly less hectic than that..... Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Like now, when i've had the same long playing literally for days. XDD;;;
