So not I’m paying for it with bloat and an upset tummy. I took some medicine for it, and it’s helped a bit. I’m said that the pizza I had, had enough onions in the pizza sauce to bother me :(
I’ll be ok though. I just want to sleep, I’m tired but the bloat is keeping me awake.

I learned something new today.
I googled it and it gave me a list of common bloating culprits- half of which I eat regularly!

I had no idea that onions could be a bloat culprit.

I hope you feel better and are able to get some rest!

@Q t e a p o n: yeah almost all pasta and pizza sauce has onions in it. Although sometimes it’s only onion powder. Then I can take an enzyme and not feel so bad. Lots of shit has onions in it actually.
