The door opened slightly, and Leon poked his head in, looking at Desiree.
"Hey! You're awake!" he exclaimed.
When Desiree didn't respond (as she was looking away from the door at the time), Leon cocked his head to the side.
"Huh?" he mumbled.
"Hey!" he said, making his way over towards Desiree. When she didn't answer again, he pulled a chair up and climbed atop it, standing and looking RIGHT at her.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!" he repeated, not knowing why she wasn't answering him, but knowing that he WANTED to be noticed now. And he was willing to be persistent until he GOT it.

Desiree may not have heard a thing that Leon had said, but she did feel his breath, and presence, right next to her.
As he was trying to get her attention, she could tell it was a small form meaning it was likely Leon (plus, she'd seen him out of the corner of her eye), meaning she was at Max's.
That was ok, it certainly wasn't an issue, and it made perfect sense.
After a few seconds, she had her wind scoop Leon up and set him on the bed in front of her.
"You really shouldn't be so loud." She commented.
"Could give someone a headache."

"Huh?" he asked, cocking his head to the side again.

"But you didn't say anything..." he went on, now looking a little sadder than before.
"Did I do something bad and you're mad at me?" he asked.

"Daddy's been really sad that you've been asleep." he then told her.
"Maybe now that you're awake, he'll be happy!" he reasoned.
That pretty much told Desiree that, even though he knew that she was going to be okay (not that she knew THAT part), he had still been quite concerned for her.
