I usually get that after exams lol - probably because I'm too busy waiting for the grades right away. :P I also get that way when texting, or after eating LOL
I try to do things to turn that feeling into other energy, I'll jam out to my favorite music, take a blind angry walk, play a violent video game, draw a gory picture. Distractions are your friend.
Yeah, I've been trying to distract myself. :p But I still feel icky.

Yeah I get anxious all the time over the smallest things and have to watch a show or play some games to keep me from going insane.
i'm so anxious all the time, i tend to try to use music as a distraction tho.especially when i'm trying to sleep.
