@Boss Rimi: He probably didn't mean it that way, and I feel like he's not making any move with you....because he cares about you. He's probably afraid of losing you guys friendship because he decides to ask you out and then things don't work out.

Not all men want sex. I have an Asexual male friend. Who was completely honest with me upfront before we ever went and hung out together in case I got the wrong impression.
I don't know the whole situation, but before grouping someone with "all the others" maybe it would be a good time to have an honest discussion with him about how you feel.
