Forums General Chit-Chat Does Your Cat Play Fetch?

Low, keep your head, keep your head low...
.......................................Oh, you gotta keep your head low...

I swear my cat is more like a dog than he is a cat. He won't play with any toys that are mouse shaped but if its a sock, a straw, or hair tie he is all over it. He screams until I throw it when he brings it to me, and then drops it back screaming again for me to throw it.

It's cute but it's funny that my own dog won't play fetch but my cat will.

...If you wanna keep your head

How to break a heart
It is not difficult
Anyone can do it
So could you, if you tried
Just find a light
And switch it off
As easy as blinking

@Fading Kings: he kind of plays soccer. He has spring toys he loves to play with and when they roll my way i roll them back to him and he will do this for a while then he gets fed up with me and starts throwing his spring around and away from me

Human emotion is energy.
You cant always see it or hear it, but you can feel it.
Ever had deja vu?
Felt someone walk over your grave?
Ever felt someone behind you in an empty room?
Well there was. There always is.
A ghost.

Neither of my cats play fetch. My one cat doesn't even really chase toys unless it's one of those spring toys and he'll bat that all around the house. If you throw food he'll go running though. He's way too into food.

I'm in the process of teaching my cat to fetch. He only does it with one particular toy, but that's okay - it's progress. I'm glad to hear that some others on here also have cats that fetch. <:

Ponytail holders
all day everyday.

She can be fast asleep and if I shoot one across the room, she's up and chasing it before it lands.

She keeps a special stash of them in various places.
She also puts them on my pillow before bed just in case I'm interested in throwing one for her.
