@MoodyB: you can try this by yourself if any of the google searches would help you overcome your mental health slowly in your own time. therapist/psychologists exist to give you techniques on how to deal with them. Since finance is the problem, you can try find some articles from google that might help in your end also. There are many techniques, im sure some of them will be useful.. just try them out, dont let your own self refuse it. i know that feels too to say no to yourself all the time. hiatus will be definitely help to try those techniques out. when youre ready, you can practise on us in Voltra OvO. Discern your findings as much as possible cos not all advises online can be applicable depending on situation.

@Nephila: tbh...i don't really know.
I haven't left the house in a year regardless
because i rather not risk getting sick.
@Kairu: it's much harder than that for me because i also have undiagnosed ADHD and depression.
and with that, i get time paralysis meaning losing track of time.
sometimes literally just thinking about 1 task i need to do.
it takes me literally all day to just..do ONE thing.
Social anxiety i've dealt with all my life so it's not honestly bad for me now.
It's most depression and imposter syndrome with ADHD as well lol.

@Nephila: yeah tho my body is absolutely going stir crazy.
im extremely exhausted all the time so it needs some sort of exercise.
but it's suppose to snow again.
@Ava: im extremely introverted so im so bad with discords.
just had a lot of...bad experiences lol.
but with medication most people say it practically makes you a vegetable.
Not just for depression but it also for ADHD, and i do art not just as a hobby but for a job.
so for me it's not an option if i can't do the tasks i need to get done.
art is a good coping mechanism for me i just...am not a talker and hate talking about my issues..
