@Wildfire: It's OK - Sebas's relatives R getting a "septic tank" in the next month or 2 - AKA, they will have running water. After tht is taken care of, th front door will B locked so they can't come over Here all willy-nilly :-) Just got 2 bear thru this 4 now.
