i usually use the golden curry brand cubes :0
throw that baby in there w some broth/water, chicken/potato/carrot/peas/onion/cauliflower (any combo of these works)

my local asian grocery finally opened back up recently (it had closed do to covid)

yeah ^^ i think they closed for safety and not cuz of any kind of mandate (since groceries are considered essential)

i'm thinking cases might go down in the winter since ppl hopefully would be staying home more due to the weather?
