Signature being cut off - Voltra Online

So, whenever I add a URL to my signature, part of the end gets cut off? I'm not quite sure why, since it's well below the 500 character count (I double checked with a character count tool). Removing the 'underline' BBcode doesn't fix it either, so I don't think it's that.. Am I doing something wrong ??

I don't think the count actually is 500, but closer to 400 or some such
So technically it's too long because something is broken on their end somewhere

@0v7: yeah, it's really strange that the actual count is far lower than the listed
I'd list that I offer tarot readings in my sig but that strange cutoff removes it entirely, only showing part of a broken link, and when I check back, it says, instead of having exactly 500, something to the effect of -27 and it's just uuuuuuhhhhhh
