What time do you go to bed on a school night or work night and what time to you get up in the morning?
My bedtime is about 11:30-12pm. I like to get 8 hours of sleep or I get bad brain fog. I wake up at 7:50am-ish

Usually i Go to bed if iam sleepy, for work i would Go to bed at 12. Last night i Go to bed at 4am because i am in pain if i lay down so i avoid going to sleep until iam really tired

I work 12 hour shifts at night, 7pm-7am. I try to go to bed around 10am-12pm
Different story if I don't work, though. I don't have a set schedule on my weekends, so it just depends on when I get tired and what else I gotta get done that day

I'm usually in bed by 9:30pm-10pm. 11pm at the latest.
It usually takes me a while to fall asleep, but I have to be up by 7:30am at the latest lol.

I'd like to say before midnight, but it really depends on what I have going on, who's still awake, and what's going through my head.

My bf works 3rd shift and I’m 1st shift, so I sleep early in the evening at 8pm wake up at midnight then sleep again around 4am and wake up for work at 8am
I tend to go to bed around midnight, and wake up around 9am. I sleep a lot, lol. I sleep relatively well in the sense that I fall asleep pretty fast and stay asleep when I do, but the quality isn't that great so no matter what I usually end up tired in the morning. Sometimes CBD helps my quality of sleep though. Forget melatonin, lol.
Generally whenever I'm tired and wanna go to bed. Lol

@Taffy: Little over a year and a half at this job. Was definitely an adjustment when getting used of 12 hour days, though lol

@Taffy: Yeah! I've been on night shift since 2009. My body doesn't like day time for some reason, I think maybe I was meant to be on a different part of the planet. :P
