@Totalanimefan: Not surprisingggg. Omg, I was driving to Tyson’s Corner yesterday, and I hit traffic and was slow driving for 20 min... then I see the cause is a police car with their lights on, pulled off to the side of the road, not blocking any of the 4 lanes of traffic... once I get past that, it’s back to smooth sailing. Nova gots a bad rubbernecking problem...
