@Dread Pirate: Yeah I made it right. Warmed up the pan, lightly salted both sides of the steak, let the steak come up close to room temp. Do the steak once on each side, don't move it until it's ready. Then let it rest after.
Comes out good that way.

@Vig: One Piece is 20 years ago this year. ^^ The anime is very close to the manga, but the pacing in the anime is hit or miss. Sometimes they get too close to the manga and they don't want to write something that's not in the manga so the pacing gets bad. I still watch both because there are things that I want to see again. When I read the manga chapter that had to do with this ep I cried. T_T
