@littlewhitedragonlet: oh of course! and the worst part is like...at least for me, is that i work with some people who are a few years younger than me (i'm 25, they're in the 20-23 range) and so like it's hard for me to feel like giving advice is really justified but at the same time i do have that experience. and i'm the kind of person who wants to help but is unsure of how to be truly helpful so i end up just being silent. >_<;

@Zack: I tend to just help people with the actual functioning of the job and leave the emotional side to their discretion lol sometimes my coworkers are older than me and don't know how to separate personal feelings from work so but I'm also on the spectrum and don't really Get why some people can't separate the two, so I don't think I'd be much help anyways XD
