off the top my head things to suggest... after your first day here you can start clicking on the airship on the front page! that's our daily chance and you can get free items or currency. I see you already found the calendar too c: we're having an event right now actually so it was good timing to join! you can exchange the event currency earned from posting (the bells) in Joyful Jamboree for extra event sets! And the scraps you earn can be exchanged in Reduce, Reuse, Reinventions to craft items as well

with the event items...i noticed more than one color/pose, do we keep all or are we stuck with one that we choose when saving the Avi?

I can see why! it's a lot of fun
oh yeah, you get to keep all the different colours! you're free to access and use any of the other colours whenever you like, they're alternate poses in the item c:
the only one time you have to make a choice is when you're opening anything under the "Consumable" tab, since that will grant you an item. anything else is the item already as is
