@Vig: We do have mods, the staff hardly ever post though. They got picked before the site open from Facebook, which I don't think is fair. I don't really care much to be a mod, since I do a lot of exchange, and people don't like mods to get involved in Exchange.
I'm not one of the people that care if mods get involved with the exchange. xD

Alpha was open to those who donated early to test out for some bugs. You couldn't get in unless you had the code that was sent via email.
At first I was confused on why they'd be looked down on, but I get it now.
Yeah, since most don't get paid real currency (that goes to artists, dev's and site up-keep), Mods often get paid in site items/currency. Which I think is absolutely fair for working, though.
