I'm not sure if there is an ETA on that. I think it got put aside a bit because of the blackout and the new things they're doing from all the suggestions when it was still blacked out. My guess. Not fact.

I think all of the NPCs are super awesome. I don't have a specific favorite yet. I'm still deciding.
Currently recovering from large amounts of PTSD. I'll post when I can, please ping for replies. Things are very difficult for me right now.
