What I’m loving about SMT V compared to nocturne is it seems waaay more story heavy than the other one which I enjoy, plus the open world aspect is nice.

@Spider: The world is much better in 5 (but to be fair 3 was a PS2 game so it's not like they had great dungeons. There is a real why 3 felt kinda empty)
The quality of life improvements in 5 is just wonderful, it's easier to grind, there is less grinding, more things can get you items or exp but at the same time you still feel the challenge and your time is used wisely.
The new way for the Protag to learn moves is much better than 3's. However I really miss the evolution system from 3 and 4. In 4 I used it all the time.
I like the new story as well. 3 felt like, everyone's an asshole, the game! And this one seems better.
I hope that you will like the Gen 4 remakes. I spent a lot of hours on Diamond trying to complete the pokedex. I also did a lot of breeding. I would play in the underground with my friends in rl. I remember when my BF at the time got a shiny mew from the GTS!
