Yeah, although if I see an ї then I know it's probably Ukrainian. Some languages written in Cyrillic use letters that aren't used in Russian. I don't know which use which though, and sometimes the signs you see won't use those letters anyway

I never had alcohol even though I’m 28. >.< I would like to try champagne and wine sometime.
