This is what I've been waking up to for over a month now. My head is killing me
My husband keeps wondering if we brought our child into a doomed world.
Living in Colorado isn't very fun right now lol...
BUT....

I feel you- last year, Oregon was smoked out right when I moved into the state. I just about left when we got enough rain to drop the smoke for a day or two
It's smoky this year, but not as bad as last.
I'm sorry you're going through it right now.
We ended up boiling herbs to drop the indoor smokiness when it was thick last year. I recommend it. :d House smells good, and the air feels less dry.

The smoke is terrible here.
I also live in CO. and since we also have no A/C and with the heat it's very miserable.
and often times i wake up with my chest just feeling tight just from the smoke.

i hope it clears up soon.

I also suggest getting a box fan, and putting a vent filter on the back of it, works wonders!

@Totalanimefan: Wow, that fan + filter is actually pretty brilliant. I have an air purifier, and I live in Florida so wildfires aren't common (rains too much) but I've definitely got to remember that trick if/when I manage to move back to SoCal. o3o

@Koah: We used to joke that Colorado had two seasons: Fire and Ice. The past two years have made it much more literal. That herbs tip sounds lovely.

@LordVehk: migraines are a special kind of hell. before I had my baby, I had one or two a week and oof did it put a damper on life.
