@Xaphiel: oh I see that makes sense. And I didn’t think you were going to use if fir creepy things Lolol just in general I think that. Having a room for a home theater is pretty cool. I would use it for video games.
Yeah it’s not an instant thing to but a house and then even after you put in the offer it’s normally about 30 days until it’s yours.

Well for this home it was mostly nice but it turns out we have a very bad foundation. The house is leaning and underneath our house there is no protection from outside. So there are signs of flooding and it’s the reason why our house was freezing this winter. It’s 24k to fix. But it’s like we have to. It’s the foundation lol.
Also we need windows. One of them is badly cracked but them for the others they don’t do a good job of keeping the noise out. So we are just going to replace them all.

We will have the money by the time they start the work which will be like Sept because the permit process in my city is backed up. We paid the deposit already. We are lucky that we will have extra money set aside.
