A few years ago I did a cooking course and it stressed me out so much that I couldn’t complete it. This time I will have more support. I love cooking/baking food so after this course I am going to do a baking one. :)
Juliette, I hope both your general cooking and baking courses go well this year. I know it was very stressful for your initial try at the general one, and I hope they will see what an amazing cook you are, be patient with you to rightfully go at your own pace, give concrit/encouragement and overall treat you as an equal.
