oohh i don't think i've tried the rice button :0 i'll have to give it a try sometime?
my rice comes out great for me too though! i wonder if the cooking times offset the time it takes to come to pressure? idk lol
give the 3 minute version a try sometime though, maybe it can save you 9 minutes sometime lol !

I just put rice in my little IP. It said "12" before displaying "auto" and starting the whole "I'm cooking rice, aren't I awesome" thing, so I think it's 12 minutes from start to finish :3
