pregnancy pills are. the . worst. T.T The first time i saw one i screamed. until i got pregnant the first time i had to crush my pills to swallow them. now i can just pop the pills if i need to . but god do i prefer gummies cause it's such a force of will to swallow a pill.

vitamin gummies for adults do exist! the multi vitamin dailies definitely have gummy versions for adults.
