I dont mind bugs, so long as they stay outside and not in my house.

There were a whole bunch of butterflies in my yard earlier today. I think they were attracted by the mint that's growing along the side of my house, its currently flowering.

Ohhh fresh mint, is that bit of mint safe to eat or is it just gross and naturally growing?

I'm surprised I dont have an ant problem in my house. I have peonies right along the side of my house. I didn't plant them, they were there when we got the house. But those things attract ants like crazy.

I can't wait to get a butterfly knife so I can A) scare them off with my sick, threatening balisong moves or B) stab them

Oh that reminds me that I stepped on a baby lizard today and pretty sure I killed it. T^T Those things are the squirrels of the sidewalk and by the time I realized where it was going, it was too late!

I dont know if it's just naturally growing there or if someone planted it there at some point. I may try and dig it up at some point and maybe transfer it to a planter. Anything in the mint plant family tends to spread like crazy after awhile.
