They might have run out of the items that you need. I can't speak for other countries, but in the US people seem to be going back into panic mode again with all this talk of extending stay-at-home orders. Idk if its nationwide yet but in my state it's been officially extended to April 27th, so my retail job was a MADHOUSE for online orders today.
This is just an assumption though. I know some services will cancel an order entirely if too many items on the list aren't available :vanora_sweat: Usually there's an explanation though.

When I asked I got told it was due to the store being shortstaffed and out of stock on a LOT of stuff.
Like only the mayonnaise would have been left (out of like 25 items UGH),
and no one is going to risk driving to someone's house to bring them just a jar of mayonnaise LOL
So I tried ordering from a different store, and still only got half of my stuff, most of which needed other stuff to work. FML
So now I have like all condiments and cat treats and that's it. haha

Well just here to report we actually needed the groceries we scheduled and it was canceled. So two of us had to brave the pandemic to physically go out and get the groceries we needed.
@Wildfire: yeah we have the stuff to make dinners for a couple of weeks! It just sucks this happened
