@Totalanimefan: Oof..... not sure... tried a different tactic this time suggested by a co-worker orz this is my third time trying to take this test and it is frustrating that I haven't passed it yet but... most people have to take it a few times before they actually pass lol. The unfortunate thing is we have to pay $130 out of pocket to retake UGH...
