So, I've recently started getting (or trying to) back in to anime. I had a mega weeb phase when I was younger which never fully went away. I just stopped watching new anime at some point as I'm a bigger gamer than anything else. So, naturally, I started playing more games.

BUT

I'm trying to find a balance and get back into it. Honestly, I just miss the awesome stories.

So, some of my favorites are Cowboy Bebop (above all), Naruto, Dragonball, Death Note, Michiko to Hatchin, Champloo.. a whole buncha basic stuff. I did recently pick up Demon Hunter, though. Good stuff.

I say all this to say, any suggestions are welcome. And what's some of your favorites?

EDIT: The short animes are definitely welcome. If it's long, just make it epic.

What's goin' on? I just got off work recently, playin' more Genshin. Never got into Inuyasha when I was younger, but thinking about giving it a shot again, now.

Just popping in to say I appreciate seeing another AEW/Darby Allin fan.

Honestly, nothing huge. But I vividly remember enjoy Pierce The Veil debuting their first album in concert. It was in San Diego, where I am from (dont live there now) and they also were from. Show was beautiful and the album was a huge success, as evident by their great success since.

A fellow former Gaian. When did you start on there and when did you actually stop? I think I started in like 2003 or 2004 and really stopped around 2010ish. I popped back in from time to time but the cash grabbing is overwhelming. Its a shell of its former self.

@xvz: It's definitely a case by case thing. If done right, it's okay. But I can see how people would find issue with the model.

Yes, Steam Link is amazinggg. It's an app that allows you to access games in your steam Library from your mobile device or whatever. And I just connect a ps4 controller to my phone haha

@xvz: Yeah, live service/gacha/loot games seem to be the future. Many being free, because they can make a fortune with other non-essential sales.

I usually play on PC like right now lol. Mainly because it has the most freedom to bounce between PC or mobile. Or I just Steam Link to access my PC from my phone. Better controls that way. If the data carries over, I will probably play mostly on my Switch when that version finally launches. Good news is, its cross-play!

Just make sure to strictly pull singles, instead of the sets of 10. Apparently, it's better.

Except the beginner banner. Pull set of 10s on that until it's gone, since it guarantees Noelle and another character. Plus. it's discounted.

I'm at AR 26 and still haven't played with anyone lol. Maybe I should check out the co-op now.

@xvz: Yeah, its 100% free. However, it's a gacha game so they will still coerce you to pay to gamble for characters lol.

Really fun game. Extremely addicting.

Hello, generous givers!

I'm new. I like freebies. Any help is good help. Bonus love for a Shinobi Headband. Idk how to acquire it otherwise lol. And I have a decades old attachment to this particular item from a particular similar place I once frequented.

Tbh, I never really make plans for Halloween anyway. But the cdc regulations make it almost impossible to have fun if I did make plans. Ill probably just end up hanging out and maybe watch some spoopy stuff with some friends or something.

I've mainly been busy with work. I manage at a particular game store and with holidays and new consoles coming, I'm a busy guy.

But outside of work, been obsessed with Genshin Impact.

I had a trouble a couple times running through it, at first. Once I figured it out, it was pretty simple. Just watch their patterns, you'll figure it out. There's another one quite a while later but those are the only 2 I've seen so far. Thankfully lol. Im sure there's a YouTube video for it already, you can just follow their path.
