Hope things get better soon.

Just gonna hang with my best friend during the day. He hasn't seen Spider-Man yet, so we are going to see it. Will be my second time. (I loved it.)

Then, going to the casino with my girlfriend that night. Not really to gamble at all, but to try their food. We keep hearing its really good. And to get drunk, perhaps. See where the night takes us.

Excited to wear new clothes I got on Xmas, though. Lol

@Totalanimefan: Yeah, I want it to be like a theater/game room. Basically, the true entertainment room lol. I'm most excited about the basement.

Oof, that sounds rough. Do you have to take out a loan for that then?

@Totalanimefan: Basement is for a home theater/gaming setup. I can't think of any other place than a basement to do that. I promise nothing creepy here. Lol.

But yeah, I mean, I usually wait until the last minute to do things. But after hearing how stressed people get looking for a house, I figured I should start the process as early as possible and just not overthink everything. I like to keep a cool head.

Hope homeownership has been treating you well and no horror stories to tell yet lol

@Totalanimefan: Well, I'm not really in any rush to get into a house. Not with people moving in without inspections lol. I can't compete. I'm not that desperate. I really just want us to see how much we get approved for more than anything. My lease isn't up until March and unless we find something solid, I plan on riding the lease out. And honestly, I'm probably looking for pretty much the same. 3 bedroom is the stretch goal. Must have basement. Finished or not, isn't a deal breaker.

I'm stoked for when I do get one, though. And congrats on yours! I hope I can get in a neighborhood like that.

@Totalanimefan: I feel that. Life is indeed stressful. Sick of my job, but at the same time house hunting. So, I can't exactly leave my job until I secure this home loan lol. So, it's quite the pickle. But all in all, things are mostly on the mend. Just gotta make it a point to go out more this year to make up for last year. Lol.
