"Alright, listen up guys. Dealing with the lights out has been a pain in my behind, and now imps
have shown up, guardians know from where and are causing trouble. Just our luck.

So here's the kick. We can't just sit idle, we have to protect ourselves from all this nonsense.
Now this ain't my area of expertise but, I think I'm smart enough to know it works. Maybe if the
girly stops being scared of those masked losers she can give some of her fashion wisdom or whatever.
As if that mattered but, you know how she is.

Let's get to it pals, gear up and show me what you're made off. We can fight off these imps, and... if you
make it nice, you will make a tiny girl happy. You don't want to get caught looking bad by her, even if it
were the end of the world. Just saying."

SUMMARY

The aim of Vyctor's Gear Design Contest is to help him come up with ways to help keep Volties safe!

You will design "gear" that the citizens of Voltra can wear or use to defend themselves from the imps
and other crazy things occurring around Voltra during these dark times!

When it reaches the end of the event, Vyctor will select the ones that fit the theme the most and will
be most useful during times of troubles like these.

The item design that wins first place will be made into a common on Voltra and become available
on one of the shops for purchase.Everyone will be able to buy it and enjoy it!

Deadline: April 5, 2018

RULES

☠ Each user may submit up to 3 different designs for the contest.

☠ You can design almost any sort of item with the exception of hair,
backgrounds or body modifications, which most commonly are different arm or leg poses.

☠ By submitting a design to this contest, you agree that your design
may be utilized by Voltra as we see fit. In exchange, Voltra agrees that the submitter of the
design will receive copies of any item made from the design.

☠ Vyctor will judge his favorite design based on how well it fits the
theme and how strong he thinks the concept is. He will not select a design based purely
on the artistic ability of the designer.

☠ Any submitted design has to be original to you. Submitting
something you did not design yourself will get you disqualified from the contest and
you could be banned from the website. Plagiarism and art theft are NOT acceptable.
Designs may not contain copyrighted images.

☠ The winning design will be recolored to fit Voltra’s 35 color palette.
If containing more than one color, you must choose one as the main
one that will be recolored, and the second one that will remain constant.

☠ Make sure you shout out to Vyctor about your entry or he might not see it!

*Disclaimer: Remember all submissions will become Voltra's property.
If made into items in the future the designer will receive the resulting item in all Voltra colors as is custom

I don't know if it will happen any time soon. She has all sorts of light sources that are self-sustaining. Her suit is ... ridiculous and glows when she needs it to. Think she got Vontell to magic it up for her.

I do feel bad though. Val has been holed up in her shop this whole time working.

... Guys, she doesn't even know that there is an outage.

I went in there at first to tell her about it, but she blew me off as usual for some thing on her workbench.

I told everyone else not to disturb her or tip her off about it. It's going to be amusing when she finally figures it out.

@Kent: Velvet must have promised you guys money ...

@Saeyra: Yeah, well the police aren't exactly able to get to us since there's no signals going in or out. You'd figure no word on either end would prompt an investigation, but I don't see that happening since it's already been this long in the dark. We are going to have to come up with a solution sooner than later to get the lights back on. It blows.

Huh ... Free art sounds pretty cool. I can't tell you the last time I did one of my tattoos for free.

Even with the lights out I'm really busy though, so ... just stopping in to say hey, and good luck and all that, I guess.
