Virgil passes to Vyc who drives a ferocious spike down the center to secure a point.
At the brief intermission, he crosses his arms and regards Vreg with a glance. His expression is unidentifiable behind his glasses, but Vyc looks to be enjoying himself.

"Hm. Very well," The Hare frowned, still seeming wary, "I suppose this once, I'll trust you. Break the curse, then."
Static repeated the process from before, the heart glowing as The Hare crossed his arms, looking away. After a moment of silence, he mumbled, "I suppose sometimes, we need structure in life. Hm..." He glanced back the Static, "Before you go, and now that I see you are not lying... You would be doing me a greater favour if you helped the Dormouse, as well."
The Hare shook his head, sighing, "The only thing that motivates him is food, now... It's wretched trying to get a decent conversation from him anymore."

"I'm not so quick to trust you. I was dragged into a rubbish trial by you lot for nothing. Tell me, why should I believe your assistance isn't just another trick?"
"Because it worked on me!" The Mad Hatter cut in with a smile, "Please, just give it a try!"
"I have no way to gauge if that's true, perhaps you've been cursed further. Hm..." He frowned, before pointing to Static, "You'll have to prove your worth! When am I lying?"

The March Hare sighs, shaking his head as he calmly pulls a jar out of his coat. Unscrewing the lid, he removed his glove carefully, dipping his finger into the jam and waiting with a frown. As the Dormouse ran past, he grabbed his collar, yanking him back before brushing his finger against his nose.
"There. Go back to the stand now and finish off so we can leave, hm?"

The fur on the Hare's ears and tail bristles as he clenches his fists, huffing.

Interesting that you all came to that conclusion. But I do remind you not to worry... There are no wrong answers. There are no right answers. The only meaning these phrases hold are the ones that you give it. There's power in it alone.

@angelus: Exactly as my name describes what I am, a hare of March, a bogbean is a bean of the bog. And as I have suggested, very bitter.
Even I wouldn't recommend eating it raw. It has quite a strong taste.
