Man, I just came back to Voltra and it's so sad to see so many people gone. I know that's the way of the avatar site these days, but still.

I don't know what most of these things are, but I'd love something random i guess?

I WAS GOING TO MAKE MY OWN THREAD, BUT THIS WORKS BETTER TBH.

I AM SO FREAKING SICK OF MY BOSS. NO ONE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT HER, EVEN THOUGH SHE'S MEAN TO ALL OF US, TREATS US LIKE CRAP, AND BELITTLES HER ENTIRE STAFF TO THE POINT THAT SHE'S LOSING A LOT OF THEM. SHE MAKES CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM REALLY MEAN AND SHE'S ALWAYS TREATING US LIKE CRAP. NO WONDER SHE KEEPS GOING THROUGH HER ASSISTANT MANAGERS LIKE CRAZY. SHE TREATS EVERYONE LIKE CHILDREN AND BERATES US. AND THE STUPID DISTRICT MANAGER ISN'T GOING TO DO SHIT ABOUT HER. I HAVE TO TRY TO BE THE BEST I CAN BE, BUT IT'S HARD TO BE CONFIDENT IN MY WORK WHEN SHE'S CONSTANTLY TEARING PEOPLE DOWN. OH! SHE ALSO YELLS AT ME TO ASK HER QUESTIONS IF I'M REALLY SO STUPID I CAN'T DO MY JOB, BUT I TRIED IT YESTERDAY AND SHE BLEW ME OFF. PEOPLE HAVE CALLED HR, THEY'VE CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER, NO ONE WANTS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT HER. SO I'M STUCK WITH PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE COMMENTS AND HER ATTITUDE. PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THE WHOLE DAMN STORE RUNS SMOOTHER WHEN SHE'S NOT AROUND TO TREAT EVERYONE SO BADLY. IT'S RIDICULOUS SHE KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

I had a decent Sunday at work without my boss, but today she's going to be here, so we'll see how it goes.
She's been problematic lately and taking out her bs on all of her staff, which is making people ready to quit. I don't even think anything is going to change when her boss comes in tomorrow to talk to her and see about getting it under control.

Oh that's good to know lol.

I kinda lost interest in avatar sites. I'm kinda feeling old but I may hang around here.

@Dean: Oh me too! I'm horrible about it. Like I don't like to have issues with people, but sometimes people can make me snap lol

So I have no idea when this got implemented, but I really love it in general.
It's very addicting and I am having so much fun.
