COOKIE RUN!

Does anyone play? It's super addicting.

It is a side-scrolling relay race game where you have to jump over and dive under obstacles. The goal is to level up your cookies and their pets to achieve the "farthest" run with the most points, mostly it is a personal best type thing but there are also ones where you race against others in separate instances and there is a ranking with rewards for placement etc.

If you like opening loot boxes without having to shell out real money, this game is for you! It is so rewarding xD Plus, it has the cutest art ever!

I am a new cat owner... Though I am a dog person at heart, I haven't got the facilities to take care of a dog currently. Eventually!!!!

I grew up with dogs and have been missing them thoroughly since I moved away from home. I dream about them a lot...

That it's nothing to be ashamed of. <3 I mean I'm sorry that you understand what I'm going through, (since I wouldn't wish anxiety on my worst enemy) but it kind of feels to good to know that there is someone who understands. (I hope that doesn't sound selfish) Like it feels good to sort of be validated you know?

I haven't done much at all since graduating High School in 2016 and a lot of my classmates well, they're going to college (which I am also far too anxious to do, and don't even know WHAT I'd go for anyway) working, or even starting families and what not. And here I am...just trying to get through life. I've been going to therapy since January 2017 with two therapists, but if I'm being honest, I haven't made a whole lot of progress. And I've been on three different anxiety medications, two different depression medications (I also have depression too) and well, while the depressions meds work a bit, the anxiety medications don't work at all. :/

Sorry about the long reply, by the way. :/

That doesn't sound selfish at all! It's always nice to talk to people that go through similar things, yanno? <3

Hey, it's totally okay to take some time. My friend took a bit to start college as well, and sometimes it doesn't work out for some people. It is expensive and can be hard going in when you're not sure what you wanna do. My brother is 5 years older than me and he finished a bachelor's at the same time I did for that very reason. But we were sent to college ASAP after high school because of our dad. Which was fine for me, but doesn't work for everyone. In Europe, most kids take a leap year or so after high school.

Everyone has a unique journey. I hope you find something that works for you! I hope I can go to therapy someday but for now I have been lucky enough that my meds work pretty well, but I have the opposite problem, mine work better for my anxiety than for my depression. I think it's awesome that you have taken that step though! I always applaud it, because it was the best decision I ever made personally... Before the medicine I was WAY worse. Of course it doesn't always work for everybody, I just happened to get lucky with mine. I'm sending all my good vibes to you!!!

[color=#967BB6].I'm just going to be honest here and say that I don't even have a job. (Because my anxiety is way too severe to go through interviews, deal with bosses, pretty much everything to do with jobs.) Not to mention driving because....yay, anxiety!

But I still feel for everyone else and having to go through that stuff. Especially since I myself don't think I could survive it.

@Lithinel: Oh girl I feel you... I just kind of have a random job right now and have for a while, my anxiety has been stopping me from looking for something more career related so I totally feel you there. Nothing to feel ashamed of, everyone goes through their own journeys and different speeds, yanno? <3

I know right? Aww they sound precious... They are fun at kitten age and everything but I much prefer them full grown. The black one is mine (his name is Felix), but the smaller ones belong to my roommates. They are still so tiny!!
