    Hello! :3 I'm returning to the site after a 5-6 month hiatus (health stuff).
    I mainly draw, but I recently started doing macrame (a friend got me interested and I taught myself at the start of quarantine) and taking photographs of birds (an interest that popped up after studying ornithology)!

    @Anarchist Beauty: I ended up going to the ER three times between January and May, and I saw my GP once during that time. He had told me that there was no reason to get an ultrasound because he was sure that I was having acid reflux issues, even though the first ER doc I saw was 100% sure it was a gallbladder issue. > _ > The second time I went to the ER the doctor dismissed me and said I must have eaten something that upset my acid reflux. I saw two doctors the third time I went because I was there for so long. The first doctor barely wanted to see me and barely examined me, but the second doctor was female and more sympathetic toward my pain. She ran a lot of blood work, told me the second ER visit showed some irregularities (that no one told me about), and she ordered an ultrasound that immediately showed I was having a lot of gallbladder inflammation and had a ton of stones. I saw a surgeon that very week and was scheduled for surgery the following week. > _ >

    The surgeon said that he was glad I got in so fast because he believed that it was very close to being an emergency. He was completely surprised by how poor my gallbladder health was and said I must have been having inflammation much longer than I was having pain. (We think that this may have been the cause of my chronic fatigue, but we won't know until I'm 100% healed from the surgery... Though I am already feeling significantly better.)

    I hope you start to feel better soon. <3 I don't know if its something you want to discuss, but I'm here to listen if you need it. Even if the sad feelings were there before, I can only imagine they must have been amplified during these past few months.

    @Anarchist Beauty: :3 I'm doing better now. I kind of left the site rather abruptly in January because I was having so many health issues, but a doctor finally listened to me and got me the help I needed. <3 Now I'm a gallbladder down and feeling great. How about you?

    @xvz: Thank you! Their hair texture didn't change. They have locs in the present time, but they were expected to present more femininely in the past and thus had a more acceptable feminine hairstyle. There's a five-year time difference between past and present them. (They are 32, so there is a lot of history in their backstory before the game even begins.)

    My DM uses Roll20 for maps/character sheet/dice rolls, and then we use Discord for voice chat and maintaining notes. :3

    ^^ That's great to hear. I find a lot of the newer shows targeted toward younger people to be especially emotional these days.

    @Gossip: Hello! I'd be interested in trying a D&D-style fantasy role play! :D Let me know if you're still interested in that.

    @xvz: Thank you. ^^

    My character is a non-binary human rogue (eventually a swashbuckler) with a not-so-shiny past. They're a bit braggadocious, very charming, and a lot secretive. I've given them the "charlatan" backstory, so I'm developing a few aliases that the DM can work with. Here's a reference sheet I'm working on! (Sorry it's a picture of my tablet, I'm too lazy to officially upload it until I'm finished.) The pic depicts them now and in the past (the dress and bruised bust). They're my baby right now. <3

    I play online with friends from a MMO I play (GW2). :3 I have found that online is truly the best way for me to find reliable people to play with.

    I'm sorry that you've been feeling down, lately. <3 I'm not sure if you're stuck inside because of the pandemic, but remember to get a little sunshine and eat good meals! I bet your cookies are yummy. ^^ I was just saying I wanted some, haha.

    My son has me watching She-ra with him! It's cute.

    @XVZ: It's been alright. c: I've been healing from a recent surgery but all is going well. I've spent a majority of the week creating a D&D character for an upcoming campaign. How was yours?
