By the way how does one usually aquire the event items? an event currency? volts? and what is the price range of it?

Usually event currency, I believe. You get a certain amount of currency for posting(ususally you get the most out of posting in the event forum). I can't remember if you can get event items with volts during the event or not, however.

@Totalanimefan: I know how you feel. I'm not leaving until early Thursday morning, but I still need to pack and whatnot(not to mention RL things like work), so I want to get as much event goodness as I can in the meantime.
