neko says; @vengeance: I agree with this as well. Isn't the whole point of event items that they are readily available and they will be considered rare later because you could only get them when the event was occurring?
@Lucan: I'm having an extremely hard time getting the event items. I have three. Two of those items I have received more than once after doing the 100 seashell option. You shouldn't receive doubles of anything until after you complete the set.
