I don't really think i've had seriously embarrassing usernames but i do get second hand embarrassment pretty easily.
But i think the one i am most embarrassed about is TheDesireMistress.
it was actually inspiration from a song.

I remember someone explained it to me but i forgot it all lmao.

@GuttedBunny: Picarto and twitch are as far as i know.
I'm not sure on youtube.
I use picarto. you can get a subscription though but it's not really necessary since i use the non-subscription version
for picarto.
