Um, I'll give 3k for a Crane set and 3k for Dragon set if anyone has extras of those. XD

The staff hiring post has been updated. Definitely could use writers! I suggest collecting some samples of your written work for the application. Perusing the event archives forum will also help you get a head start on familiarizing yourself with the writing for voltra . I believe official threads are stickied for everyone's viewing convenience. :)

It depends on your own comfort zones. Things such as making and writing games requires technical writing skills. Able to write instruction succinct and crystal clear.

Then there is surge writing, which requires just being able to characterize our NPC Spark. An admin will hand a writer an outline of what needs to be in a surge and the writer has to format and express the outline in an enjoyable way.

Event writing is where writers have the most pressure which requires familiarity with writing prose and really sinking into each of the NPCs utilized in the proposed plot line. We have a big cast of NPCs and all with a unique characterization and 'way of speaking' so for new writers its a curve ball getting into character. Even after a year being a writer here there's a few I'm still ehh on.

I'd say the most important trait in a writer applying is the ability to accept feedback and work with it. No one is perfect and everyone has different styles and sometimes it'll take several exhausting drafts before you get it right. But eventually with patience and practice and making an effort to get to know the NPCs (we have a staff drive with character profiles) and the lore that has occurred thus far it becomes more second nature to cruise through.

It's really important to submit your drafts on time otherwise it may hold the group behind. Naturally 'things happen' and its best to communicate as soon as possible if you cant do an assignment you signed up for. Someone who would be exhausted or annoyed by reading through all the NPC profiles and lore history would likely struggle to thrive as a writer here.

But being INTERESTED in all that is a big boost! and naturally there is always some sort of staff available even in different departments that can help answer any questions you might have or help you understand certain aspects better.

I love yoo (on hiatus sadly), Unordinary, Lore Olympus, True Beauty, Subzero, a good day to be a dog (the cutest imo), Age Maters, Luff, Let's play, Siren's lament, cold blooded king, winter woods (finished- loved it), and probably many others I just can't remember right now.

I try to be, though that meal still isn't very nutritionally complete. I used to be morbidly obese back in high school didn't really know, care or acknowledge nutrition much until I started getting really sick. Lost 80lbs and was super healthy- got lazy and morbidly depressed and gained thirty back in a couple years. Gotta get that down again

Ah tonight I just minced up tomatoes, onions, cilantro and spinach with lime and ate that.
Then had blueberries and Greek yogurt for a desert(with some honey and cinnamon).
