What series with an art-style that's easy on the eyes would you recommend?

Also ever thought about watching Saint Seiya or anything like that, before?

@amber lynne: Trying out a mainline Super Robot Wars game, at the moment. (Good news is that the facial proportions and whatnot are very balanced for 90%+ or more of the cast in the one I'm playing.)
