This may sound strange, but I need to take notes sometimes for me to fully focus on a subject I’m learning.

I recently got back into painting/sculpting but nothings catches my interest for long these days.

I did very minimal shopping.
Trying to get into the spirit of things.

I did support my friends metaphysical store for shop small Saturday though.

My best concert to date was Mariana’s Trench in NYC. The energy at that concert was unreal. It was engaging, fun, the costumes were on point. We were right near the stage. Worth every penny for VIP.

Deep breathing and mediation can be hard in the beginning, especially guided because they’ll say pink flowers and I’m standing in a field with yellow flowers.

I’m sorry you had that experience, those are the absolute worst moments to have.

I really love candles, my friend owns a metaphysical store and makes their own candles- so I always have a nice scent burning while putting my intentions into it.
