Oh man, now I really want funnel cake after reading through all this T-T
All the good foods are being talked about as soon as I start thinking how to eat healthier T-T Killin me XD

Man.. If I could stay home all day.. Idk if I could do it. I do hate my current job though. I need to change that one really bad.

Laila gave a toothy grin that revealed a row of gleaming sharp and pointed teeth as Koneko agreed to share. Now things felt better and right. She grabbed a little piece to nibble, her eye widening, "Whoa.." she said softly, look the piece over as if it were magic. Koneko was right, she really did like it and her enthusiasm showed as she shoved the rest of the piece in her mouth, dusting her face in powdered sugar with her carelessness.
Hearing the question she gave pause, blinking once slowly, as if processing the question, she shook her head, not softly as if she was sad, but as if she had set aside her momentary sadness to be happy on her new adventure.
"Nuh uh, Laila is new here. But I normally don't talk to strangers, they rarely take kindly to munsters." she said, her odd accent picking up in her voice on some words. She was alright with this stranger so far. Most monsters like people that feed them rather easily.

@Laufeia: Oh! I should save to do that Too! Maybe then I can find the Piggy! Speaking of Piggies I totally just had Pizza AS I was thinking of how I need to eat better so I'll be ready for my trip in October D: Bah! Eating healthy is hard stuff, fam. T-T

Ive been sulking around my house a bit instead of posting though. Practiced my Tarot cards a little and now I'm trying to decide what to work on. It's already 8pm though and my neighbors are jerks about noise. So I guess I better get myself together and get things done before I cant D:

Trying to get myself in a mood to do literally anything.

@kiwi: Ah yeah, I grew up in Memphis, Tenn.
We moved here when I was 16 and it was like walking into another world to me.
I'd never seen so many trees in my life! D:
Then my mom asked me one day if I wanted to go grocery shopping with her and I was like, "Sure, I'd like to see what the new town I'm in is like I guess."
We're walking down aisle after aisle and I stopped her and was like, "Mom..Ma'.. Are we in a health food store?"
She's looking at me funny like, "What? No? Why?"
I'm like, "Everything is Organic this.. Organic that.. There's things here I didn't even know could be Organic. The BBQ sauce section was only like.. a couple shelves.."
I had no concept of what organic was and was used to damn near half an aisle of BBQ sauces coming from Memphis.

Laila was a bit oblivious when blinded by food. Her senses tended to catch her at the last moment, every time. She hesitated when the two offered their food to her, but hugging her blanket, she stepped closer, settling on her knees on the ground.
"Shouldn't we share?" she asked, blinking solemnly now noticing the discomfort.
She stared at the funnel cake, "It smells sweet. It is sweet, yes?"
If Laila were a pet, food would be her best route through training. However, Laila was a monster, and she had already been trained, even if she did sometimes forget her manners.

I'm make brown sugar salmon later, with rice cooked in chicken broth and peas and corn added to it!
I'm not a fan of regular bacon much either. I'll eat it, but I actually choose Turkey bacon over it. I like it completely crispy, no floppiness no chewy parts! D:

She took a deep breath, feeling a little woozy now. Then set her feet apart and pointed at the funnel cake.
"Wh-.. What is that?" She stumbled over her words at first, then with all the confidence she had left asked.
Laila wasn't normally accustomed to strangers either and her face filled with blush but she couldn't help herself now.
The sweet scent had been teasing her and she didn't have any of her distractions left. Suddenly her mind bubbled with questions and her fear subsided as she bombarded them.
"Where do I get it? Is it good? I won't take it! Laila doesn't take what isn't hers! I just.. I've never seen that before!" she began to excitedly tell them, throwing her weight from foot to foot in anticipation.

o.o Can I call you Lau? I want to call you LauLau. I call myself Lai or LaiLai sometimes. I think this is cute idea T-T But I want to ask before I just throw nicknames on you xD

So, I still didn't get Taquitos, but I DID get Potatoes covered in Cheese with Eggs and Turkey bacon :3
So, I too Survived! ... So far.
Now I'm all by myself for the day T-T Which I hate this part of my days off x.x; I don't even like my days off anymore x.x;
