@Juliette: i suggest talking to a therapist also. This is something you need outside help so that you be able to deal with heavy raw emotions that you have right now. Don't worry, once you get to overcome one hurdle, it will be eventually a part of you to be able to solve the problem yourself. First step is always the hardest, its ok, you are not alone.
