@Totalanimefan: I'm in the same place I grew up in Canada lol No I don't have a SAD lamp, thought about it though during the winter, especially since it seems winter is getting longer and longer. But yeah I see needing one in England for sure, all those rainy and grey days. Yeah, I have noticed a huge difference in my plants, it helps them a lot for sure. I usually only have it on during the daytime so it doesn't affect my ability to sleep

@Totalanimefan: Oh nice, glad you have somewhere warm to hide in. Oh yeah went from somewhere nice and sunny and warm practically all seasons to this lol, and yes omg same it really messes with me too :'( It's a nice one, with three heads, that I can move around, and adjust the levels and has different timer settings, got it off amazon lol
