@amber lynne: ahh yeah okay, I'm most familiar with it because I saw tweets of people who were actually googling the warships and were SO CONFUSED that anime girls were coming up hahaha

I watched an anime in college once where the girls were also guns or something. It was really weird.

@skettiyeti: I really dig your linework. It's sketchy but not messy and has so much energy!
@totalanimefan: I guess I just gotta find the right panels. ;w; I just watched a recording of one from PAX East where Brian from Polygon crafted the perfect Poke rap, and it was amazing. I'd have killed to be there lol

@Valefor: That sounds good to me! I believe I have all of those hosted on my mule so I'll send the trade over shortly. :3

@amber lynne: ahh thank you lol, I always forget to put a / in the second spoiler tag. it's really silly because i don't usually forget it for the img tags lol

The art IS super cute. And ohh I've seen bits around of this before, all the girls are actually ships?

@amber lynne: I had to google Azur Lane - I never really thought about those style games on a phone, that's interesting! :O

also I did another Dragalia Lost boy, this time Xander, a king who literally decided he owned the place

slowly learning how to draw people again too lol

@amber lynne: At the very least it's free to play - you never have to spend any money at all

It gets sooo in-depth if you want to do end game stuff, like, there's two "raids" and a third coming out in a couple weeks. Requires a lot of studying and grinding out max gear.

But it's also pretty fun to just pick up and mess around with if you aren't looking for something that deep!

Another friend was also highly recommending Granblue Fantasy but idk if I have time for two of these. GBF can be played in browser on your computer too which is handy.

@amber lynne: not really, no - you get more draws if you spend money but there's no direct pvp or anything that would give you an advantage over another player. Just paying for more chances for stuff, most of the time.

@skettiyeti: i use twitter for way too many spammy things unrelated to art x__x it's so easy to just .. post random crap, but at the same time it's the best for meeting new people too, in my experience anyway :o

Looking forward to seeing more work regardless!

@amber lynne: I am HOPELESSLY addicted tbh

I've only spent ~$30 but I can definitely see myself dropping more money again in the future. It's just so perfectly mindlessly grindy.
@totalanimefan: oh yeah definitely, you're stuck there at the table until 6 PM at least each day ;w;

I don't really do panels or anything though so that's not SO bad but it does definitely limit your time during Alley hours!

@amber lynne: ;www; it is appreciated!!

oh yeah also here's a doodle I did last night, it's my favorite game from this gacha mobile game called Dragalia Lost. He's a broody armorer obsessed with making magic-proof armor.

@skettiyeti: I SPEAK THE TRUTH

I followed you on Twitter and IG. Not sure if you use Twitter but I found somebody with that name at least haha
@mato:
@Totalanimefan:
I agree, it's pretty great! You also are very good at keeping things fairly simple and not over-cluttering them.

I haven't rented a booth yet; the conventions I go to are usually like "lottery" based - draw your name to get in etc. Free tables. :") I've been looking at maybe a table at ACEN but I need more physical merch to make that worthwhile too.
@totalanimefan: somewhat! I struggle with keeping them open cuz life gets so hectic but I sold at a convention recently and made more money at the convention than i spent on the pass, travel, food and hotel. It was close but a slight profit is better than no money at all!

Last time I opened up regular commissions I did OK. The hardest part is just reaching the people who'd wanna buy!

@mato: It's a pretty popular item! But also super rare these days; not a lot of people have only one so it's tough to find a seller.
