Junko - Yeah. I tend to stretch out the meat myself by putting it in a side dish. All meat is pretty expensive.
@dragoness129 It is! I recommend the Oatly brand. I've had some other brands there they were ok, but Oatly is super good.
@Junko7 The good thing about eggs is that they are cheap but really good for you and easy to make. If you aren't eating that much meat, eggs are important.

@Junko7 I don't like fish, so I don't have tips for that but eggs are much cheaper than meat. Do you only like eggs in fried rice or with other stuff?
Because of the virus and Easter, eggs went up to nearly $4 here.

Wow that's a lot. I feel like I can't look at prices and if I need it I need to just buy it. It's cheaper than eating out and I need food to live, but it is depressing.
Broccoli is good. With cheese. Or Salt. Or Califlower and salt. Just not plain, cause I can't dip it in dressing. I don't like Ranch.

Yes I agree. Prices are higher but the quality really is lower. See if you can get some frozen veggies? That should be a normal quality. Totalanimefan i like vegetables allot.
