Oof I have those weird electrifying tingles at my feet right now. So uncomfortable
yeah it tastes awful for me, too. when I used to try drinking it (and falling asleep) I would just put so much flavor creamer/sugar to make it palatable but that was a calorie bomb.
so I just gave up entirely and I only drink cold water in the mornings. semi helps but I am not a morning person at all with early work hours so I will suffer.

Hmm I've tried tea for awhile but maybe my choice of tea wasn't good that's why I stop drinking not soon after. I know there's many different kinds out there.
