@Totalanimefan: That sounds good - and fun!! At a minimum I'm doing some core work (mostly planks) and adding on from there.
@Wildfire: I would like to improve my core but it's so weak that I have to start with baby steps. If I go hard I will ache for days and then I won't do it again.
