Steam really loves recommending FPS like Call of Duty to me when I barely own anything like that. I know it's doing it because they are popular, but I figured the system would eventually get it when I haven't purchased one in forever.

@vengeance: That's the weird thing, I've excluded FPS tags but I still get them. Maybe I need to add some more tags related to that type of game. I don't really mind skipping through them, it has given me some good recs too.
