@inatlaka: we usually have red rice, pancit, grilled ribs, potato salad, and lumpia. ooh, and i almost forgot -- shrimp patties. i love those so much but they only come out during holidays. cake is sounding good too! :) it's always a lot when we cook since there's so much family!
mmm, i sure hope we have tamales this year <3 they're pretty yummy.

I've never had a shrimp patty :0 must be soooooo good.
We usually have chicken, pork, cheese, sweet tamales. My favorite are the chicken ones with green salsa. Super spicy. Second favorite it the cheese tamale with jalapeños
